ROC 1220 Mergers

ROC RT1220 Merger

The largest merger available globally, the The ROC RT1220 uses a revolutionary raking system that lifts the crop gently off the ground, protecting the crop and keeping it clean.

Highly suited to fragile crops like alfalfa, ROC’s unique conveyor pick-up system means less stripping for higher quality hay with lower product losses. It also protects the remaining crop for future cuts – rotary rakes can break small stalks in the ground, delaying regrowth and pushing out the ability to make subsequent cuts, sometimes by up to weeks.

Four individual belts can operate separately, for ultimate flexibility for making and moving swaths of different widths across your paddock. Belts can be driven in different directions – two one way, and the other two in the opposite direction.

Operation only requires a minimum _____ hp tractor, making it highly efficient and cost effective to run.

  • 8 bar pick up
  • 16 wheel tandem with spring suspension and electrical adjustment
  • Belt and pick-up cover kit with roller
  • Hydro-pneumatic suspension with cylinders
  • Wider strip kits for hard crop conditions and tyne wear
  • Automatic belt switch off, plus working and flashing lights
  • Hydro-pneumatic road suspension system
