Keltec Bale Slice

The Keltec Bale Slice is designed to speed up and simplify feeding out of silage bales – maximising productivity, reducing costs, and saving valuable time.

Keltec’s patented design grabs and holds the wrap and net at the top of the bale as it slices up from the bottom. Once sliced, the silage falls out and away from the silage wrap and net.

Unlike other Bale Slice machines, the net and plastic wrap doesn’t hang into the mixer or feeder and cause contamination. Where other machines must be mounted to a high lift telehandler, the Keltec Bale Slice achieves a zero-contamination outcome while mounted on a 100hp tractor and FEL combination.

The system of grab, cut, and removal is all controlled by one double acting hydraulic service, making it perfect for loading feeders or mixing wagons.

The process is extremely fast, efficient and safe, all done from the seat of your tractor.
